The Department of History at William & Mary invites applications for a one year, non-tenure-track Lecturer position in Early American history that will begin August 10, 2018, with the possibility of renewal. Specialization is open. The successful applicant will be expected to be an effective teacher and will have a 3-3 teaching load, including broad surveys of early American history, freshman seminars, and senior seminars. A PhD is required by the time of appointment.
