The History Department at Manhattan College invites applications for a full-time, visiting assistant professor position in modern US history for a one-semester replacement in Spring 2018, with classes beginning January 17. Candidates must be able to teach post-1876 US history surveys, as well as a lower-division course in their area of specialization. Receipt of the PhD is preferred by the time of appointment.
