RUSSIAN HISTORY: Weber State University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professorship in Russian history, chronological period and area of specialization open. The successful candidate will offer upper-division undergraduate courses in medieval/imperial Russia, Soviet Russia, and Eastern European history, as well as lower-division courses in world history. Interest in developing courses to complement existing departmental offerings is encouraged. Ph.D. required by July 1, 2018.

The search committee will begin reviewing applications on November 15, with the intent of interviewing at the AHA annual meeting in Washington DC in January.
