The Government Department at St. Lawrence University invites applications for a tenure-track position in American Politics.
Primary Responsibilities: The successful candidate will teach in the area of Congress or minority politics. Additional areas of expertise are welcomed in the areas of public policy, state and local politics, or American political thought. The candidate will be prepared to teach courses in their area of expertise as well as an introductory course on American Politics. The position begins August 2017, and the teaching load is three courses per semester.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates with Ph.D. in Political Science or related field in hand preferred, though ABD candidates may be considered.
