The Department of History at St. Mary’s College of Maryland seeks a one-year Visiting Instructor/Visiting Assistant Professor in Early American History, beginning August 2016. All areas of specialization within the Early American field are welcome. Duties include teaching three courses each semester, including a lower level Atlantic World survey, an upper-level course on the American Revolution, and other courses related to the selected candidate’s research area. ABD’s considered; Ph.D. desirable.
