Tulane University seeks a Professor of Practice in Hebrew language pedagogy and Jewish Studies, starting August 2016. The chosen candidate will need to be able to teach all levels of Hebrew as well as run the Hebrew program. There is an opportunity to teach other courses as conditions permit. This is a permanent non-tenured position renewable every three years. Successful candidates should have a PhD or equivalent degree in a relevant field as well as a record of excellence in teaching and scholarship.
