The Music Department of Brandeis University seeks to hire a full-time musicologist at the rank of tenure-track Assistant or tenured Associate Professor beginning in academic year 2016-17. Preferred specialties are music of the 20th/ 21st centuries, Medieval/Renaissance or Classical periods. Candidates must have a completed PhD at the time of application and a proven publication record. Preference may be given to candidates with more than one field of specialization.
