Associate or Full Professor of Hinduism / Yale Divinity School and the Department of Religious Studies at Yale University intend to make a jointly-tenured appointment of an outstanding scholar of Hinduism, effective July 1, 2016. We seek a scholar with substantive research and teaching interests in modern or contemporary Hinduism and its relation to other religious and cultural traditions. We welcome applications from scholars in Religious Studies, Anthropology, Gender Studies, History of Art, Music, Performance Studies, Political Science, and other relevant disciplines.
