Part-Time Academic Staff Position in Twentieth-Century US History
The University of Wisconsin-River Falls (UWRF) invites applicants for a part-time academic staff position for the 2015-16 academic year in the History and Philosophy Department. The University seeks candidates who are committed to fostering excellence in teaching and scholarship.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach a major-only US history since Reconstruction survey course, an African American history survey, an upper-division US history from 1945 or history of US foreign policy, and another upper-division course of the candidate’s own choice.
Qualifications
The position requires a Ph.D. in Twentieth-Century United States history by the time of appointment, a strong commitment to teaching, and a promising research agenda. Applications from advanced ABDs will also be considered.
