University of Richmond: Visiting Faculty Position in Sociology
The Department of Sociology and Anthropology at the University of Richmond invites applications for a one-year visiting, non-tenure track position in Sociology to begin August, 2014. We seek candidates with expertise in social institutions and structures and a strong commitment to high quality undergraduate education. The successful candidate is expected to teach Introduction to Sociology, and a course on any institution of choice, including the family, work, the media, religion, or politics. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Sociology or be ABD with an expected completion date of August 2014.
