The Department of Gender Studies announces a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship position to begin August 1, 2014. Successful candidates will demonstrate a research and teaching profile emphasizing intersections of gender and sexuality with race/ethnicity. Further desired strengths and interests include any of the following: film, media, popular culture; transgender studies; transnational culture, policy, law, and activism.
Applicants should be no more than five years past the PhD and should have the PhD in hand by July 31, 2014. Fellows will be expected to teach a 2/1 course load.
