Ouachita Baptist University (www.obu.edu) invites applications for a tenure-track appointment as Assistant Professor of History beginning Fall 2014. Non-U.S. specialization preferred; further preference given to candidates with scholarly expertise outside Modern Western Europe and Britain, as well as a demonstrated ability to teach survey courses in World History, advanced offerings in specialty field, and, for university-wide general education, Western Civilization and contemporary global issues.
