Luther College invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor of History (early modern European history), a one-year sabbatical leave replacement position beginning late August 2013.
Ph.D. in Early Modern European History; ABD acceptable (instructor rank).
A seven-course teaching load will likely include – Fall Semester 2013: History 149 (Surveyof European history to 1648); History 355 (The Reformation), Paideia 111; January Term 2014: History 185 (First-year seminar, specific topic to be determined in consultation with department); Spring Semester 2014:History 242 (Survey of Medieval History); History 351 (Topics in European History, specific topic to be determined in consultation with department), Paideia 112.
