The Department of History of the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University invites applications for a one-year position in Latin American and US history to begin in August 2013. PhD and teaching experience preferred.
Teaching assignments will include introductory courses on Latin America and the US and upper-division courses in Mexican history; upper-division courses in 20th-century US history are also welcome.
The College of Saint Benedict, a liberal arts college for women, and Saint John's University, a liberal arts college for men, are located four miles apart in Central Minnesota just outside St. Cloud and approximately 70 miles from Minneapolis. Both are Catholic colleges in the Benedictine tradition with a common curriculum.
