The Department of History and the International Relations Program at the University of Arkansas invite applications for a 2-year visiting assistant professor position in History and International Relations, with a specialty in Modern South Asia, to begin August 2013. The successful candidate will carry a 2-3 teaching load and will offer the interdisciplinary Introduction to International Relations course and upper-level History courses in his or her area of expertise. Salary is competitive. Ph.D. in History is required by time of appointment. The deadline for applications is December 31, 2012.
