African History. The Department of History at the University of Northern Colorado seeks a full-time, tenure-track professor in African History at the Assistant or Associate level. Area of specialty in African History open. The successful candidate will teach an African history survey as well as upper-division and graduate courses within specialization. Nine-hour teaching load per semester. Commitment to undergraduate education, excellence or potential excellence in teaching and publication required. PhD by 15 August 2012. Reading of applications begins 15 November 2011.
