Dartmouth College Asian and Middle Eastern Studies Program invites applications for an entry-level, tenure-track job in Korea Studies. This position, funded in part by the Korea Foundation, will be a joint appointment between the AMES Program and a social science department--Anthropology, Economics, Geography, Government, History, or Sociology, depending on the specialization of the appointee. The appointment will become effective July 1, 2011, by which time it is expected that the Ph.D. will be in hand. The committee will begin reviewing files on October 1, 2010.
