Latin American History prior to 1900. The Department of History at Boston College invites applications for a historian of Latin America prior to 1900. The successful candidate for this tenure-track position at the assistant professor level will offer broad and specialized courses in the history of Spanish America at the undergraduate and graduate levels and will also be expected to participate in the Department’s History Core Program. Ph.D. required by August 2011. Please submit a letter of application, CV, article-length writing sample, and at least three letters of reference.
