Case Western Reserve University seeks candidates for term appointments as SAGES Fellows for 2010-11. Fellows will lead interdisciplinary, discussion-based, writing-intensive classes in SAGES (the Seminar Approach to General Education and Scholarship), the core academic program for all Case undergraduates.
The SAGES Fellows will be a diverse company of scholars and teachers. We welcome applications from postdoctoral candidates with substantial teaching experience; scholars committed to the teaching of practical ethics; specialists in writing across the curriculum; and distinguished senior scholars in any field. SAGES Fellows will be appointed as full-time lecturers and may teach courses for departments in the College of Arts and Sciences as well as for SAGES.
