The Department of History at Hunter College, CUNY invites applications for an open-rank professorship in the history of Early Modern Europe (1400-1800), including historians whose focus is on Europe's interaction with the wider world. The anticipated starting date is 09/01/2010. A Ph.D. in history is required at the time of appointment. Salary range $42,873 – $106,071 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
