The Department of History seeks applications for a tenure-track position in Chinese history at the level of Assistant Professor. Period and specialization open. The successful candidate will be expected to teach survey courses in Asian Civilization, as well as upper-level and graduate courses in East Asian history. The Department and University emphasize excellence in teaching as well as scholarship. Ph.D. in hand by time of appointment.
