Ithaca College, Department of History, invites applications for a full-time, tenure eligible Assistant Professor position in East Asian history, with an emphasis on China, beginning August 16, 2010. In addition to upper level courses in their area of specialization, applicants must be able to teach both halves of the World Civilizations survey. Other advanced offerings will be evaluated so as to avoid overlap with existing faculty. Qualifications: Ph.D. in History or related field by the time of appointment and teaching experience required.
