World History/East Asia: The History Department at Stonehill College invites applicants for an assistant professor, tenure-track appointment in World History to begin August 2010. The field is open but scholars with a specialization in the history of China, Japan and East Asia are strongly encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will have Ph.D. in hand at the time of appointment. The position includes generous faculty development funds for the support of research and professional travel. Application materials should include a letter of application, curriculum vitae, three letters of recommendation and dossier.
