Instructor/Assistant Professor U.S. Social/Women’s History The Department of History at Virginia Commonwealth University seeks to hire on a non tenure-track basis, beginning August 2009 (for a period of 1 year), an instructor/assistant professor in U.S. Social/Women’s History. Must be able to teach general education and advanced undergraduate courses. MA degree is required, PhD or progress toward a PhD is preferred. Teaching experience required.
